Jack o'Lantern Appliqué Party

Jack o'Lantern Appliqué Party

We've got a treat for you! We teamed up with EE Schenck to create a FREE Jack-o-Lantern appliqué pattern and had so much fun making it! From spooky to silly, we couldn’t resist giving each pumpkin it's own personality!

Pumpkin Fabric Face Group Activity

This Halloween-themed pattern was designed by Iris Galloway, the Marketing Coordinator at EE Schenck. It includes traceable jack-o’-lanterns sized perfectly to fit onto 10” squares of Woolies Flannel. We used Gentle Fuse, our paper-backed fusible web for appliqué, to create the pumpkin shapes and carved faces. Everyone who particapated created a square for us to stitch into a finished piece to display this October.

Originally created as a substitute for Soft Fuse, Gentle Fuse fuses to fabric in seconds for a permanent bond, making it easy to cut intricate shapes with clean, no-fray edges while keeping your needles residue-free. Watch the tutorial.

Jordan Farris Gentle Fuse Applique
