Meet the 2023 Maywood Maker Team
Join us in giving a warm welcome to our 2023 Maywood Makers! This team of twelve creative and talented makers will be partnering with us over the next year and sewing with Maywood Studio fabric in a series of projects that will be showcased at events and on social media.
To introduce the maker team, we sent each of the Maywood Makers two fat quarters from Christina Cameli's new Sun Showers collection and challenged them to each make a 12 x 12 letter block. It wasn't just any letter - what they didn't know what that each Maker was given one of the letters that spelled out the words Maywood Maker. Their blocks could be any pattern and style that they desired. The goal was to amplify their personal style and favorite techniques. They sure did rise to the occasion!
