Fall in Love with Gentle Fuse

When it comes to quilting, sewing, and crafting, Maywood Studio is all in! Along with our beautiful, high-quality 100% cotton fabrics, we’ve also created a line of notions designed with makers in mind.

One of our favorites is Gentle Fuse, a soft, paper-backed fusible that makes appliqué easier and more enjoyable. Its lightweight feel and smooth adhesion make it ideal for delicate shapes and layered designs. Whether you’re new to fusibles or already love appliqué, Gentle Fuse adds a soft touch and beautiful finish to your projects.

To show off just how versatile it can be, we designed the Sweetheart Mini Quilt, a charming little project that highlights the beauty of Gentle Fuse (shown above). It’s a fun and approachable way to practice your appliqué skills, and a great excuse to play with your favorite fabrics!
