Apply to Be a Maywood Maker!
Be a Maywood Maker in 2026!
Applications are open for the Maywood Makers Program, our year-long creative partnership for makers who love quilting, sewing, and crafting. Explore the world of fabric manufacturing, connect with a supportive brand, and join a community of makers who are just as excited about creativity as you are.
If you love creating, experimenting with new ideas, and collaborating with others, this program is perfect for you. From January through December 2026, you will receive guidance, inspiration, and support to help your creativity shine all year long.
As a Maywood Maker you will:
- Receive fabric and collaborate with Maywood Studio and your fellow makers to create fun projects and content throughout the year.
- Showcase your creations on the Maywood Studio website, email, and social media.
- Connect with the Maywood Studio team and get an insider’s look at the quilting and sewing world.

Maywood Maker Program Guidelines
- Maywood Makers is a year-long volunteer partnership with Maywood Studio to inspire creativity and community. Makers are selected through an application process.
- Projects use Maywood Studio fabrics, and any extras must also be Maywood Studio. All fabrics, shipping, and extra supplies are provided.
- Makers complete up to two projects and three quilt blocks during the year, guided by our team.
- Finished projects and leftover fabrics are yours to keep. Occasionally, we may borrow projects for events or media, with shipping covered.
- Share your projects online by tagging@MaywoodStudio, using #MaywoodStudio #madewithmaywood, and noting they are part of the program.
- Stay connected through our private group and regular email or messaging check-ins.
- Enjoy virtual calls, promotional opportunities, and program resources while keeping full ownership of your creations.
“Being a Maywood Maker was a huge confidence boost. It opened doors to collaborations and helped me step into the quilting industry more professionally. The fabric was a bonus, but the people were the best part.”
– Debora Rivera (@rivera.debora), 2023
Don’t miss your chance to join the fun. Apply now through December 5, 2025.
